Zully Corona

Zully Corona is Director of Global Nutrition, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Grupo Bimbo, the largest bakery company in the world. For almost 20 years she has worked on the development of regulatory and nutrition strategies focused on the food industry. At Grupo Bimbo, she has led specialized teams to ensure regulatory compliance of products marketed in Mexico and exported to more than 20 countries. She has worked on the development of global regulatory standards on relevant issues that have an impact on the business and has participated in the process of developing regulations in different countries, working with authorities and the industrial sector. She currently participates in the definition and implementation of actions and strategies focused on nutrition within Grupo Bimbo’s global sustainability strategy “Nourishing a Better World”.
