Over the years the AIBI Congress has positioned itself as a prominent networking event for the bread value chain.
Following the difficult pandemic circumstances that have kept chain partners apart, the 37th edition of the Congress promises to revive its tradition in a unique professional and convivial atmosphere set in the stunning surrounds of Bled, the jewel in Slovenia’s crown.

About AIBI
The International Association of Plant Bakeries was founded in Paris in 1956 and at present has 14 national member organisations. Alibi’s key task is to represent its members’ interests, especially before European and international institutions.
About CCIS-CAFE
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia – Chamber of Agricultural and Food Enterprises is the main and the largest agri-food industry representative organisation in Slovenia. It represents branch interests of around 240 agricultural and food companies before Slovenian governmental and non-governmental institutions/organisations, as well as in equivalent EU associations. It is a member of FoodDrinkEurope and also 11 other European sectoral organisations.

AIBI Congress 2022 is taking place in Bled, Slovenia, the green heart of Europe. Bled is a world-renowned tourist gem lying on the edge of the Triglav National Park. With its glacial lake and island in the middle, a castle dating back to the 11th century and its mild, healing climate, it is a picture of paradise.
